This is my first blog post. WOW! I'm actually doing it! I thought to myself what a good time to do this! Our 44th President was inaugurated and the start of a new year. It seems to me that a blog would be a good thing for me to express how life has been treating me and those in my world. I would like to start by quoting scripture-"I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Phil. 1:3-6 This scripture I believe sums up how I feel right now in my life. I know we are facing difficult times ahead, however I also know and believe that God is in the midst of all that we do and face in life but only when he is the cornerstone of our lives. So my prayer for you reading this is that you would come to the knowledge that Jesus wants to be your savior! He wants for you to have an intimate relationship with him on a daily basis! It's like the saying "to know him is to LOVE him!" I believe that with all my heart. So take the opportunity to LOVE.....make Him your Lord and the leader of your life!
